Don't know how much truth there is in this, but apparently Mignolet may be out of the squad because he may be on his way to Napoli to replace Pepe Reina (de ja vu? ) .

Fingers crossed! I hate player bashing but migs simply has never inspired confidence.

Hopefully Karius will get his chance now with ward as backup.

I think he is better then karius but at least it would improve wards chances I would like too see him get game time an do well.

I wouldn't mind seeing Karius no.1, Ward no.2 and Reina as the experienced third keeper they can both learn from.

Mignolet has never had the benefit of playing behind a decent centre half partnership so I'm not going to bash the lad. He has worked on his game, so you can't accuse him of not trying.

Anyone thought Mignolet might be injured? Isn't he cup tied now anyway? Also re Macca rumour - last time he named VvD he apologised for not knowing the club hadn't spoken to Southampton. He hasn't named anyone this time and used the word "finally" - he gives good mail - I am sure most people can work out who he may be referring to. Also te rumours Ox will get more gametime at LFC so if we match CFC I am assuming he will be with us especially with World Cup near - do you agree Eds?

About time karius got his second chance. Mignolet surprising form last season kept him out. Mignolet has done okay but has conceded 6 in 4 games. Saved penalty in Europe in balance. Dunno, glad karius is getting his shot hope he keeps a clean sheet against a dangerous arsenal side. 1.0! Come on! Get in Bobby!

Shame that people still judge keepers on goals conceded. May sound odd but you don't judge your keeper on goals conceded. You could put the best in the world behind a crap defence and goals will go in. In terms of goals it is about positioning and would you expect a save, not volume. Personally think should have gone after Given when Stoke released him and kept him as back up and get him involved in keeper development. That way Ward could have gone on loan or Mignolet could have left.
