Hi Ed,

What's the plan for Ward. Is there any clubs willing to take him on loan.
Another player poorly managed in my opinion. He should have been allowed to stay on loan with Huddersfield for another year and gain that experience as a guaranteed number 1 in the premier league. Now he is 3rd choice.

{Ed002's Note - He stays at Liverpool but has made his frustration clear as he felt he was given guarantees.}

yes. Klopp should have handled this better.

@ 24 he should be playing and had this opportunity which could have improved him further.

Now he his sat disgruntled as 3rd choice to Migs and kaurius.

If it was De Gia or Buffon or any top keepers it might make sense in being 3rd choice.

But behind Migs and other guy it is.

Cheers.

Klopp messed u[p there. he should have just let him go on loan or just sold him, end of.

That's right lads. Klopp should just do whatever the players want. That would work just great.

I reckon we could see more of Ward as the season progresses. Too early to be accusing the manager of messing up, just yet.

Shame for Ward that, he should have been loaned back to Huddersfield for this season to have a full season (injury permitting) in the Prem, it does nothing for his development sitting in the stands, poor decision imo.

Depends how it goes he may turn out to be no better than Karius he may prove to be better. Loan at Huddersfield this season would have answered that one.

It's a long season and there will be changes. Two weeks in looking at sixty plus games. He will get a chance and we'll see how he performs but he has to be patient.

If it is a choice between Karius and Ward as to who goes out on loan, I think it should be Karius.
They are the same age, born on the same day, and Ward has been out on loan, has represented his country, and done extremely well in pressure situations like the play off final. Surely it is Karius that is in need of regular games?
For me, Ward is ready to challenge Mignolet.
