ESPNFC. COM and Bleacher Report now reporting Liverpool have agreed to deal with Barcelona and its all done and dusted.

To your knowledge is this correct?

If he is going, surely we'd hold off on the deal until a replacement is in the bag. Has to be part of negotiations IMHO.

Andy, when have we ever done anything as sensible as that? We know the drill by now. It will drag out until near the end of the window and we'll panic buy and overspend on a player who simply isn't up to it. There are better run Sunday League teams out there.
