What's the latest on joe Allen leaving? Bookies make him favourite to join Rodgers at Celtic? Any news eds?

{Ed002's Note - Swansea approached Liverpool in respect of taking Joe Allen on loan in January - it was rebuffed but they might return in the summer with a view to buying him. Away from the Premier League Sevilla and Lille have both spoken with his agent regarding potential opportunities for the player.

Hes having a good euro comp. can only be good adverisement so to speak. he's worth 10 mil i would say. Steady away player.

We should hold on to him. He is solid enough and is great squad player. Good pressing and passing.

Okay he's not that exciting but would we get better for the money we are likely to get for him?
