According to reports we are close to signing Hector Herrera, any truth Ed's?

He used to be a wide player when Rodgers was interested in him, but since his move to Porto, has been converted into a central midfielder. Industrious player, but I have not seen anything to suggest he is an improvement on Henderson or Can.

His you tube best bits are not really that impressive tbh, with grugic and stewart and branagan in the wings behind chan and hendo i just can't see this one happening.
