Wow there we have it. The Echo know nothing. A player who is supposingly our main target we have no interest in.

The main targets which were made public several weeks ago now were GÃ¶etze, Zielinski, Chilwell and a keeper.
We've bought our keeper, We thought we had the GÃ¶etze deal done but he's had a change of heart seemingly, we pissed off Zielinskis club over our very public pursuit and are still keen on Chillwell.

Many weeks ago, while the season was still ongoing, a couple of well respected journalists who specialise in things LFC were "leaked" the info re the 4 targets.
This is the first time the names Chilwell, GÃ¶etze and Zielinski were released publicly.
Personally I hadn't even heard of Zielinski before this.

Yes Eds I'm hopeful the GÃ¶etze deal and indeed the Zielinski deals can be resurrected as clearly they've been our targets from very early on.

The Dahoud, SanÃ© etc rumours have only appearing recently I suspect because of the problems around finalising the other deals.
Dahouds going nowhere. Gladbach has already sold 2 of the 3 of their other midfielders.

There was a thing I saw the other day showing bayerns depth, they have to sell. For the five positions behind the striker they have, gotze, robben, ribery, Vidal, Costa, Coman, alonso, alcantara, kimmich, rode and the option of lahm alaba and Martinez playing there and I think Sanches coming in.
Whilst some will surely leave, gotze have to be one of the three positions behind the striker, and for me, is behind Muller, Costa, Ribery, robben, Coman and maybe if alcantara plays ten, in the pecking order.
If he's serious about playing some football, then he has to consider leaving.

Feel free to disregard it if it isn't what you want to read but don't have a pop at the guy publically.

I read most posts on the site (even Kova Kova etc) ðŸ˜‰, and I can honestly say ed002 gives lots of information not just on transfers but on all sorts of football and football related topics. Stuff we wouldn't normally have access to.
He's given us a long list of targets, longer than any other lists I've read even from football manager officionados. It stands to reason the club will have dozens of players scouted but you never read long lists like ed002 provided.

Ed002 - the vast majority appreciate your time and information and they tend to be the silent majority because they don't feel the need to repeatedly ask the same questions or random questions. Please keep indulging the majority ðŸ˜˜.

There is no journalist in existence that gives reliable insight before Ed002. And most of them just recycle rumors or rehash lies. You clearly never read this site.

As for Kingluis and your ridiculously eschewed view of how things work here, if Macca was the main man and Eds were his messenger, we would get about 3 or 4 pieces of information per year.

This site is the ONLY one for accurately staying up to date on Liverpool's actual transfer activity. All others contain almost nothing but speculation, puff pieces and very often complete bullshit.

I just want to take this opportunity to give a massive thank you to the Eds for all their work. It really would be impossible to sift through all the misinformation floating around out there without your help. A happy June 1 to you all and do try to stay patient with us clueless fools. ;)
I know the window doesn't officially open until July 1 in England, not that it has actually stopped clubs from securing signings already. But, in many countries it opens today, so we should start seeing those long awaited departures pretty soon.
