Morning Eds. Have Liverpool opened talks with FC Lorient regarding the transfer of their Left Back Raphaël Guerreiro? Thanks in advance.

{Ed002's Note - The interest is certainly there from Liverpool in the Lorient left-back. Raphael Guerreiro has been of previous interest to Newcastle, Milan, Arsenal, PSG, Manchester City and Sampdoria. Marseille, Liverpool, Sunderland and Swansea have had watched the player this season - whilst an Arsenal scout says they may look again. Liverpool interest would certainly come to the fore if Moreno were to leave and I do expect Liverpool's interest to carry on.}

The question is who would be coming in for Moreno? The big Spanish teams seem unlikely and transfer fees paid outside the top four out there are so small you can't see him going anywhere right now.

Den82, are only Spanish teams allowed to sign Spanish players now? If he was sold I think their would be plenty of interest in England and Spain. He's a good left back. Just not good enough for a team with title aspirations. Too error prone. Would not surprise me at all to see Stoke or Newcastle come in for him.

EMS
Is he or isn't he a decent LB. Your post makes no sense at all. Make up your mind I am getting a bit fed up with your constant indecision.

couldn, t agree more with patemondo re EMS comments on Moreno. Error prone, not good enough for trophy seeking team, what makes him good. Sorry EMS like a lot of your posts and contribution to site, but if turn of pace is only attribute Liverpool harriers have some good youg sprinters.
