Hey Lads/ Eds,
It's being reported in Aus that Pato has signed for a reported 11 million POUND. Was a few bits on the Fox Sports website, which is the pay tv here. But I'm currently flicking between ESPN (watching Villa struggle against Wycombe) and Fox Sports News and it has come up on the scrolling news ticker at the bottom of the screen.
I've just now done quite a few different searches using a few different search engines and websites and I can't find anything concrete .
If it is true I'm not sure how I feel about it, if we could get Pato playing at his best and consistently it could be great. But I've seen too many transfers like this that go horribly wrong, Ballotelli being 1 of the most recent, Benteke looking like going the same way. I guess all we can do is what we have always done and have faith and belief that the Club and Klopp can get it to work, fingers, toes etc crossed.
Props to ya Ron good to see another red in this moment, using some of Klopps best lines, absolutely love the way he goes about it and the way he speaks.

I don't really understand that if its true, makes no sense to me, why not just utilise Firmino or the younger lads if we're desperate for a striker?

Haven't we signed Pato about twenty two times already this year?
If I had a tenner for every time some foreign journalist reported we had signed Pato this year, and last, I'd be driving an Aston Martin (and likely one with a pre-owned certified bumper to bumper warranty, which is pretty great) .
