Any idea of the outcome of city's latest bid Ed02

{Ed002's Note - I don't know if a formal further bid has been made yet, but from what was said by a Manchester City representative (after discussions with another club in London yesterday) was that they were indeed planning on making a final offer.}

If it's below our asking price it won't be accepted I think Liverpool have made there stance, is this right ed2?
